While the premise will likely remind viewers of the action thriller Collateral starring Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx, A Bloody Lucky Day is definitively darker and much more twisted, with plot elements and visuals that might draw closer comparisons to Park Chan-wook’s The Vengeance Trilogy or Kim Jee-woon’s I Saw the Devil.
